The house benefits from an attractive loft conversion giving an extra lounge/seating area with very good views across the town to the rugged West Dorset coastline. Only 5 minutes walk from the town centre and seafront. There is a small patio seating area at the rear with a pretty but small rockery garden and off-road parking for 1 car.
