The property has been recently refurbished to provide very good quality accommodation. The open plan living space and master bedroom both benefit from panoramic sea views and to the front of the property there is a communal garden area with seating. Broad Street with its shops and restaurants is an easy, fairly level, five minute walk along the seafront. Public car parking is available a short walk away making this a wonderful retreat any time of the year.
