We had a great time but just a couple of points
Shower as good as useless so ended up taking baths instead
Front door lock hard work to open
TV works but no terrestrial for live news etc
None of these issues would have ruined break but might become annoying on a longer stay
We're so pleased that you enjoyed your holiday and thank for your reporting the small maintenance issues which we will take a look at.

About the location
AXMOUTH
Seaton 1.8 miles; Beer 3.3 miles; Lyme Regis 6.2 miles.
Axmouth is an attractive village situated close to the seaside town of Seaton in East Devon on the popular stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site. Consisting of pretty stone and thatched cottages, a church and two popular pubs serving food, The Harbour Inn and The Ship, Axmouth is located on the Axe Estuary with bird watching, a golf course and the South West Coastal footpath nearby. A pretty harbour sits where the River Axe meets the sea, with a stone wall and shingle bank providing shelter and making the area popular for fishing, kayaks and paddle-boarders alike. Though there is no village shop in Axmouth, there is a charming café by the harbour for dining out amongst the gentle harbour bustle.
