    “We enjoyed our third stay at the property.”

    It was exactly as expected from last time - cosy, warm and welcoming, high standard of furnishings, lovely shower and comfy bed. The place will be 5 stars when the sofa is replaced. It is just not conformable for wintry evenings in. We look forward to returning.

A delightful modern apartment, furnished to a high standard and situated in the heart of Lyme Regis close to the town's beaches, cafes, restaurants and shops. Spacious, modern, open plan accommodation offers a stylish and contemporary interior with a beautiful vaulted ceiling and exposed beams giving the apartment a feel of light and space. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. Equipped with everything needed for a relaxed seaside holiday the property is tucked away in the grounds of a period building dating back to the 1800s and provides a wonderful base from which to enjoy all that this traditional seaside town has to offer. Please note: This property is very comfortable for 2 people and has the option for up 2 persons on a double sofa bed in the living area. LYME REGIS

Charmouth 3 miles; Axminster 6 miles; Bridport 10 miles; Sidmouth 16 miles.

The delightful seaside town of Lyme Regis has much to offer its visitors, boasting a maze of narrow streets filled with craft and antique shops, galleries and cafes. Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. A holiday destination to savour!

Note: Double Sofa bed can accommodate an additional 2 guests. Note: Parking for one car (dimensions of space are approx. 2.1m x 5m) and driveway is quite narrow so careful navigation is required. Note: the adjoining building to the apartment is having some work carried out on the far side wall which will require scaffolding to be erected over the stairs that are used to access the apartment. The scaffolding will only be used for the contractors to access the site and privacy screening will be in place. It is possible that the parking space may be impacted during this time but the cost of a parking ticket will be covered in the event of this feature being unavailable. The cost for these dates has been adjusted to reflect any possible disruption that may be caused.
