“The flat was clean but it had a strong smell of damp, no call from the people who owned the flat to ask if everything was okay and if we wanted to ask any questions.”
If you want to be near the beach, shops and parking this flat is for you. If you can put up with noise from the flat above with the people above moving around ( which it’s their fault because the owner hasn’t put anything on the floor to stop the noise)
Damp smells, dark, bedding like paper,
The shower is good with plenty of hot water.
The garden is not well kept just the grass is cut that’s it.
Overall it was ok, very basic good for parking as it’s expensive to park in Lyme Regis.
Lyme Regis is very nice there is a sandy beach you may have to get there early as it gets quite busy. Plenty of places to eat and if you want the supermarkets there is one close to the flat.
Lyme Regis has a few steep hills especially near the the flat.
Would I recommend the flat yes. If you don’t mind the things I have mentioned. ( very basic)
