The property

This recently re-furbished and modernised two bedroom apartment forms part of a quietly located house in the traditional coastal village of Charmouth. Providing very comfortable accommodation, a lovely feature of the property is its large enclosed rear garden making it ideal for children and pets. The front garden has the River Char running alongside (supervision will be needed with young children) and there is a table and chairs on the terrace making this a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the afternoon and evening sun while listening to the sound of the water. The village shops, pubs and restaurants and well equipped playing fields are all within a very short walk. The famous fossil beach is about a 10 minute stroll down a level traffic free walkway. With off-road parking for 2 cars, this is an excellent base for couples and small families to enjoy the Jurassic Coast and all it has to offer. Please note: A maximum of 1 dog is accepted.
