    “The property itself is a lovely cottage.”

    Unfortunately on arrival the property was extremely dirty. We had to immediately go to the local supermarket to purchase cleaning materials and spent the first two hours cleaning the property. I wish I had taken photographs. The toilets were in a dire state, we had to wash crockery/cutlery, clean out the fridge from spilt products, clean the kitchen and dust the house. It was a very disappointing start to our holidays. The cleaners on this occasion have really let your company down. The ...

Would be good to put a note in the book about the games in the otterman style cabinet. We only found them on the morning we were leaving. Overall a lovely stay but as previously mentioned the cleanliness let it down.

Situated on the western side of Lyme Regis this spacious detached house is peacefully situated in a quiet cul-de-sac just a 15 minute walk from the seafront, shops and restaurants. The property benefits from a large mainly lawn garden with mature planting and the sun-room is a great place to sit and enjoy a morning cup of tea or a glass of wine in the evening. Providing good quality accommodation (including upgraded bathrooms for 2022) this house is ideal for those looking for a relaxed family seaside holiday.
