“This was a well positioned, spacious and generally well maintained property.”

Cleanliness was acceptable though open food packages from a previous occupant were in the freezer compartment of the kitchen fridge/freezer. We had an issue with lack of clarity as to which refuse bins to use for recyclable and general waste - the labels on the outside bins didn't relate to the printed instructions.

“A beautiful spacious apartment with amazing views.”

We had a fabulous week. Great for a multi generational holiday. Thank you. Just a few comments that would make things run smoother. The hidden cutlery draw is cute but it’s so well hidden that we couldn’t find it and we were very puzzled and needed a phone call to Lyme Bay holidays. The rubbish collection information is confusing with out of date alternate week (list finished in Jan 22) details for Monday collections with the correct Friday information in multiple places. We needed oven instructions - the fan oven dial diagram is different from most other Hotpoint ovens I’ve used - therefore burnt food while figuring it out. And more baking sheets would be handy. Otherwise the kitchen was great. It would be helpful to have dishwasher and washing machine and dryer added to property details. I wouldn’t book a 2 week holiday in an apartment which didn’t have a washing machine.

“Lovely property with stunning views and location.”

Furnishings were lovely and the apartment was well cared for and in good order. Will definitely look to stay there again. Always love the welcome pack we get from Lyme Bay holidays :-) One thing to mention is that the plug in the upstairs bathroom doesn’t open/close (very minor, but if no one mentions it you won’t know)
