“Knowing the property we had booked was available for another couple of days we decided to extend our stay.”
We contacted the local office who confirmed this and quoted us the extra price but couldn.t take the payment as this had to be done by the Sykes office in Cheshire who were to call us back. After a couple more calls this finally happened some 8 hours later and we were most unhappy to be charged an additional ÂŁ30 booking fee for making the payment! The local Lyme Bay Holiday office is friendly, helpful and efficient. We couldn't be more pleased with their service. We cannot, however, say the same for the Sykes office in Cheshire and it is unlikely that we will consider extending any future stay.
