The first was the fact that many of the windows did not close fully, leading to drafts - particularly in the lounge, which made it uncomfortable to relax at times. The second was the heating system which seemed to come on at random times, and we did not seem to be able to put the radiators on in the lounge other than very early in the evening. The bath needed a good clean before use, and we were very glad to find cleaning products in the kitchen.
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you experienced a chill in the lounge. The heating system is set at a constant so it will come on at "random times" ; this is to maintain a comforably temperature so guests shouldn't need to "put the radiators on". There is a real effect gas fire in the lounge so you can experience a cosy night in if it's particularly cold. We have picked up the bath issue with Lyme Bay and sorry that this one off incident occured during your stay. Our feedback has consistently demonstrated a lovely clean home. Cleaning products are always made available to guests so that should you need to clean during your stay, this is possible. However, in our guests expeirence to date, this has never been required.
