    “Second time we've stayed in this great property in a wonderful location.”

    The only issue we had was with the boiler. It had lost pressure so the heating and hot water were not working. We had to figure out how which taps to turn on the boiler to repressurise the system. Most people would struggle to do this. Water pressure dropped again on the third day and needed repressurising. So there must be a leak in the system. This was the only issue the property is wonderful, spacious, well designed and very peaceful and we will return.

The property

A 2 bedroom barn conversion on the beautiful and historic Rousdon Estate set on the stunning Jurassic Coastline. This property has been completely refurbished to provide high quality holiday accommodation with a wealth of character. There are two ground floor bedrooms and a steep, open staircase leads to a first floor, open mezzanine room with futon. The area is a haven for wildlife and the estate grounds, with 350 acres of pastures and woodlands. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. Just 5 minutes by car from Lyme Regis, the Rousdon Estate sits on the Devon and Dorset border at the heart of the World Heritage Coastline.
