    “A very cosy, clean cottage.”

    The welcome pack was best we have seen for a while. The car park space nearby was useful. Good amount of crockery and glasses. Comfortable beds. Views from the garden are lovely. Ideally situated in the village for walks to the beach and village amenities, it’s the walk back up the hill that is brilliant for a cardio workout.

The property

Nutwood is a spacious period cottage which has been recently refurbished to provide a very good standard of holiday accommodation. The beach and village shops, pubs and restaurants are all within walking distance. A spacious open plan lounge and dining room benefits from a wood burning stove and there are three good sized bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite shower room. To the rear there are attractive views over the valley and Stonebarrow Hill. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. A pretty enclosed garden is mainly laid to lawn with patio, summerhouse and garden furniture to take advantage of the views.
