“We have stayed at this property c.”
4 times and whilst it is spacious and clean , there are details that rankle.
1. The tv is not intuitive to operate and we struggled till we found an ad hoc scrap of paper with instructions for operation.
2. The Welcome manual was not on display and tucked away in a drawer - luckily, due to previous visits, we knew what we were looking for .
3. There were no bath mats - frankly dangerous and we purchased some .
4. En suite bedroom- bathroom door doesn’t lock , sink plug doesn’t work properly.
5. The 3 piece suite - cheap and uncomfortable compared to old one !
A well located spacious clean property but in view of the above and price hike on previous years , will reconsider our options .

We are sorry that there were no bath mats, which can only have been an over
sight. We have raised this with housekeeping to prevent a repeat. Lyme Bay
Holidays is available to rectify any issues like this during your stay and
would have been more than happy to drop some in to you. We have asked that
the welcome manual be left in its usual prominent position on the coffee
table, and that the TV instructions be included within that manual.
We have also asked maintenance to attend to the ensuite, again the Lyme Bay
Holidays team is available during your stay if any maintenance issues arise.
We are sorry that you didn't like out smart new sofas and chair, sadly the
old corner sofa wore out and had to be replaced, based on guest feedback.
We can assure you that the new ones are much more expensive that the old
one!
