    “Central location is good.”

    Kitchen is good overall , although flooring by the sink is torn and could cause an accident. Fridge shelving is inadquate - shelf to store bottles in door is missing. Shower room is good but reported very poor shower head /water flow on our stay. Delighted this was changed the following day and vastly improved shower facility. Also asked for curtain which was hanging off the rail to be repaired , this was again done the following day. Found the apartment to be a little tired and in need of some ...

Also asked for curtain which was hanging off the rail to be repaired , this was again done the following day. Found the apartment to be a little tired and in need of some TLC , curtains and settees would benefit from replacement as appear quite shabby now. One last comment is that the Owners pay some attention to the entrance - the stairs/windows really need cleaning down and the moss removing from the doorway. This would provide a more welcoming arrival and first impression. Loved Lyme Regis and would recommend a stay as the area, beaches shops, cafes and restaurants are excellent.

On Broad Street in the centre of Lyme Regis, close to the beach and shops, is this spacious, comfortable holiday apartment. The Lyme Regis shops, restaurants, sandy beach and Cobb are all within a short walk of the apartment making this an ideal base from which couples or small families can enjoy all that the beautiful seaside town of Lyme Regis has to offer. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. Please note: This first floor apartment is approached by a fairly steep, external metal staircase. Care needs to be taken with larger cars as the parking space is accessed via a narrow passageway (approx 1.9m wide) which has a 'kink' halfway through which can make manoeuvring difficult. Please be aware neither the owner or Lyme Bay Holidays can offer alternative parking should your car not be suitable - there are public car parks within a few minutes walk.
