    “The accommodation was magnificent and more than we had hoped for, with a fantastic view of the bay to wake up to in the mornings.”

    The only downside to the property was that there were no oven gloves and a more adequate freezer was required. We had to strip our beds on departure. So I am unsure why check-in is not till 3.00pm and departure before 10.00am. This takes two days of your accommodation and holiday away.

    Dear Miss Reynolds. Thank you for your feedback, I'm pleased you enjoyed your stay. There should be a green silicon oven mitt. I'll check and provide another if it's gone, so thank you for highlighting it. I don't have any plans to change the fridge and provide a larger freezer but of course that day will come when the fridge needs replacing. I think the property description does describe the type of fridge/freezer but I'll check to be sure it's properly represented. Regarding the turnover time, Sykes, the holiday company decide these times as they have to allocate staff to ensure the high standard of preparedness are met so these set times ensure that if short staffed they have the capacity to meet the timelines.
