We also agreed that the sofa was low, and somewhat difficult to get up from.
The lift worked fine when we were there.
We did have a good time, as the weather was good, and we enjoyed travelling around Dorset.
Hello
We are pleased you enjoyed your stay. We did look at the web site photos and have to say the window in the photos looks correct to us.
The vent from the cafe is not just below the juliet balcony but apologise if you were upset by the cafe, not something we have noticed.
Apologies the lights tripped during your stay. There is a torch to help see the box to flick them back on. I shall ask Lyme Bay Holidays to look at the trips.
The sofa is perfect and very comfortable. Sorry it did not suit you.
We are pleased the weather was good to you. You will have noted we left some complimentary rain macs for the occasional days in the year when the weather in inclement.
